Why we build

Boat electrical decisions can become confusing quickly. Battery chemistry, voltage, current draw, wiring configuration, reserve, and real operating conditions all matter. We turn those inputs into focused planning tools with assumptions you can inspect.

Our principles

We design for phones first, keep dependencies and data collection to a minimum, separate calculations from presentation, and test the formulas. Calculations run in your browser whenever possible.

Use results as estimates

Calculator results depend on the values you enter and the documented planning assumptions shown on each page. They are not manufacturer specifications, installation instructions, or a substitute for a qualified marine electrician when safety or compliance is involved.
